When you request a demo, PLANYFORCE collects your professional contact details, organisation, job title, declared volumes and submitted message.

This data is used only to respond to the request, prepare the demo and provide the requested commercial follow-up. Processing is based on the pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject.

Commercial enquiries are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction, unless a legal obligation requires otherwise. Access is limited to authorised people.
